We stand behind the quality of our luggage. Our limited lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects on wheels, zippers, handles, and shells for the lifetime of the product.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their travel gear sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a $10 shipping and handling fee is deducted from the refund amount for all returns.
How do I clean and maintain my BÉIS bags?
For our signature poly and nylon bags, we recommend spot cleaning with warm water and a mild detergent. For vegan leather accents, use a damp cloth to wipe away any surface dirt.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international territories. Shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
