We want you to love your BÉIS gear, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy for all functional luggage and a 30-day window for all other bags and accessories. Please ensure items are in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
